1. Description of Service
a.) Users
The search services provided by the florida-limos.com are free for users and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The acceptance of this agreement acknowledges that florida-limos.com will provide a listing of 15 random limousine companies based on the search criteria entered by the user. Users can select up to 8 companies to request service quotes or users can contact the companies directly via linking to their website or by phone. All false or fraudulent service requests are restrictly prohibited. Users agree that all information provided is true and accurate.
Personal information provided to florida-limos.com will not be sold or redistributed. Personal information provided from users to florida-limos.com will be used for the purpose of user quote requests. Using the services of florida-limos.com acknowledges that the user accepts that their personal information will be provided to the selected members chosen by the user for quote requests.
b.) Limousine Companies
Limousince Members must meet the following criteria:
1. Must carry the required licensing and permits as per Federal, state and local laws
2. Must have the required insurance policy as per state and local laws
3. Members must complete and submit the membership application
4. Members must supply florida-limos.com with a credit card authorization form for the use of monthly billing for leads sent to the member
5. Members are required to check and respond to "consumer" leads within 48 hours in a professional manner
Member information is provided to users by florida-limos.com and will be used for the purpose of user quote requests. florida-limos.com does not and cannot confirm that each user is who they claim to be.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided by florida-limos.com on an "as is" and on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, florida-limos.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. florida-limos.com shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. florida-limos.com disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
florida-limos.com is not liable for the actions of its members, limousine companies, including but not limited to their employees and drivers. florida-limos.com is medium where users, individuals or entities seeking limousine services, and limousine companies can interact, through florida-limos.com, to exchange information for the purposes of quotes requests. As such, florida-limos.com is not involved in the transactions between the users and the limousine companies. florida-limos.com is not responsible for the quality of service provided, safety of service, reliability of service, ability of limousine companies to provide services or the users ability to purchase services. Disputes between the user and the limo company will be handled by the limousine company.
3. Limitation of Liability
florida-limos.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR florida-limos.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF florida-limos.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

florida-limos.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member or user. florida-limos.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should florida-limos.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that florida-limos.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

florida-limos.com retains the right to examine any and every quote request submission through submitted florida-limos.com. florida-limos.com retains the right to sensor, edit, remove or prohibit the transmission or receipt of any information deemed unappropriate.
14. Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
